In the spring of 2015 Cory and Chelsea Chunn were on their second "Chunneymoon" in Florida. They visited the historic town of St. Augustine and had their first gourmet local ice pop. After experiencing a few flavors that day, the Chunn's knew this experience was something they needed to share with their community. Two years went by dreaming about opening an ice pop cart in Vancouver, Washington and in May 2017 they finally did it! With a culinary and business background the Chunn's set out to bring a burst of flavor to the Pacific Northwest. Chunney Pop's goal is to make imaginative local craft ice pops sourced from the freshest produce we can find to bring your tastebuds so much joy that they will cry out for more!
A wife and husband duo, Chelsea and Cory Chunn are born explorers, travelers, and food connoisseurs. The pair are dedicated members of their Southwest Washington community and believe in highlighting the beauty of fresh fruit, veggies, spices and flavors where possible. After the birth of their first daughter, official Chunney Pop taste tester and mascot Eleanor, the Chunn's knew their journey as a family, small business owners, and entrepreneurs was just the beginning and anything is popsicle!
We have a lot of fun at Chunney Pops and we hope you enjoy our pops as much as we love making them for you. Our pops have between three and six ingredients, no dairy, and little to no sugar. But if you have tried our pops, you know that this does not stop us from creating wholesome combinations using fresh ingredients to give you more flavor than you can imagine. We work hard to find the best fruit, chocolate, coffee and products from the best local farms and local businesses. Since the start we've relied on local farms and farmers markets to get our ingredients because when the ingredients are good, you can taste it.
